About our cleaning team in Oakland & Wayne County, MIReliable. Detailed. Trusted.
A women-owned cleaning company in Auburn Hills, next door to Pontiac, cleaning homes, Airbnb rentals and small offices across Oakland and Wayne Counties.
Dunlap Cleaning Services is a women-owned cleaning company run by owner Raylyn Dunlap, based in Auburn Hills, right next door to Pontiac. Customers mention Raylyn by name in their Google reviews, and one sums the business up in four words: “mom and daughter company.”
Airbnb turnovers are a specialty. Hosts need a rental guest-ready between stays, and the schedule bends around back-to-back bookings and last-minute changes whenever the day allows. One host put it plainly: “I routinely utilize services for cleans between guests at my Airbnb and consistently receive 5 star reviews for cleanliness.”
Homes get recurring upkeep, one-time cleans or a deep clean that resets the whole house. Small offices get daily, weekly or one-time cleaning that keeps a workspace ready for clients and staff.
The work reaches across Oakland and Wayne Counties, plus homes and offices in Macomb County. The business is licensed and insured, and the phone is answered seven days a week during business hours.

Each promise on the logo, with a customer who saw it for themselves.
Reliable.
Showing up when we said we would, because a late turnover means a waiting guest.
“They were on time, professional and they did a great job.”

Purchased voucher on Groupon and booked right away. Booking was easy...very flexible and good communication. I admit that I wasn't very satisfied with the first cleaning, but after expressing it to the manager, she came right out and gave my house a great deep clean. I am now a satisfied customer!
