Pontiac is the Oakland County seat, and its housing shows it. Seminole Hills has nearly 500 homes laid out in the 1910s, in Tudor Revival, Colonial Revival and Craftsman styles. Franklin Boulevard and Fairgrove Avenue are historic districts with Victorian-era houses. Indian Village has modest worker houses from the 1920s and ’30s, and downtown has loft conversions. Just over half of homes are rented, and we are glad to do one-time and deep cleans as well as weekly visits.

Getting around is simple. Woodward Avenue runs through the city, East Huron Street is M-59, and Telegraph Road and I-75 are close. Downtown has the Strand Theatre, The Crofoot and the Pontiac Commercial Historic District, and M1 Concourse sits at Woodward and South Boulevard. The Clinton River Trail passes through town too. We work from right next door in Auburn Hills, so you are not waiting on a long drive from somewhere else.
